With over 20 years of experience as a Master Builder, my journey in construction began long before my formal qualifications. As a young boy, I spent countless hours renovating homes and working on building projects alongside my father — an upbringing that shaped not just my skills, but my deep respect for craftsmanship, honesty, and the relationships built along the way.

Today, as Managing Director of Ray Pollard Homes, I still pride myself on being hands-on. Whether I’m guiding a project on site, fine-tuning details, or building furniture at home, I remain driven by the same passion I had as a child. My background includes multiple trade qualifications, a Diploma in Visual Arts, and an inherent eye for detail that informs every design decision and every finish.

Unlike many builders, my focus extends far beyond the structure itself. I believe exceptional homes are created through exceptional relationships. My clients know me for my honesty, integrity, and open communication - qualities that ensure a transparent, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable building experience. I work closely with every client, offering a personal, organic process where ideas flow freely and trust is built naturally.

Innovation is at the heart of my craft. I continually upskill and embrace new technologies, proudly holding accreditation as a Licensed Passive House Builder, allowing me to deliver homes that are not only beautiful, but future-forward, sustainable, and high-performance.
